As usual I have been slacking in my blog posting duties. Get used to it.
Just popped in to write a note to future me. Want to be able to remember some of the things going on around here.
NoNo is a constant cause for concern and the person who brings the biggest smile to my face. Her personality is soo strong that sometimes I wonder if SuperBoy and SweetGirl get lost in the mix.
- NoNo and SweetGirl were baptised on November 25 2012. The baptism took place at St Lawrence Catholic Church.
That portion above was written back in December of last year and sadly it sat in the drafts. Figured I would add to it, and finally get around to posting it.
Today's date: March 6, 2013
- I know longer worry about SweetGirl getting lost in the mix. She is most certainly NOT a pushover. She's now crawling and cruising, has been for at least a month now. She has two teeth, the front bottom ones, the first of which I noticed on My birthday this year.
Her favorite thing to do lately is climbing the stairs, over and over and over...
SuperBoy is getting his green belt this month! He's really loving and doing well at karate. He can be a bit scattered and chatty at home (and school!), but once he gets into the dojo he is all business. It's not just that he is taking it seriously, he is good! He moves his body with purpose and is picking up the moves. He started a clumsy, gangly boy and now he is strong, more confident and in control of his body. So proud.
He got an award at school this past week for taking initiative!!
NoNo is still a handful, and still cracking me up. These days it's all about being a princess, her best friends (pretty much everyone she meets) , her birthday party (she's been planning this for months. Currently she wants a pink pool party! For all her best friends.) and her clothes (she has 2 favorite "heart" shirts that she wants to wear every singe day! we actually had to put a lock on her closet because she was doing multiple wardrobe changes and making a mess all the time.
Those are my babies. Love them.
